[FILLER TEXT] Established more than 25 years ago, the office is located on a commercial/residential street in the heart of Saint Paul and is about two miles from downtown, on the bluffs, surrounded by turn of the century homes. It is one block south of Summit Avenue, which has been described as the "best preserved American example of the Victorian monumental boulevard." Located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, Coldwell Banker Realty does business in both cities.
The office consists of a large number of independent agents who have been in the business for over 25 years, as well as independent sales associates recently licensed, so there is a great mixture of experience and collaboration. They are familiar with many different market areas and specialize in historical homes, first time home buyers, urban housing, and new construction.
